Evonik is driving forward the green transformation of industry. In its new innovation strategy, the specialty chemicals company is focusing even more strongly on the topic of sustainability. To this end, it is bundling a large part of its R&D activities into three new innovation growth cores. They are expected to achieve additional sales of 1.5 billion euros by 2032 compared to 2023 and, at the same time, reducing the customers’ ecological footprint.

Goldfuß Engineering has developed a new system in which a hygienic “Motoman HD7” handling robot from Yaskawa fills up to 120 vials per hour under cleanroom conditions. Clinical studies or personalized medicine usually require small batches of medication, for example injection solutions, which are filled into vials. These vials or glass containers must be sterile and aseptic. The small batch sizes make filling on conventional systems uneconomical. The next Hannover Messe will be held from March 31 to April 4, 2025, under the motto "Shaping the Future with Technology". At the upcoming industrial trade fair, international companies from the mechanical engineering, electrical and digital industries as well as the energy sector will present their solutions for resource-efficient, climate-neutral and resilient production. In 2024, more than 130,000 visitors came to the exhibition grounds in Hanover.
